¿Te gustaría llevar una vida más saludable? ¿Sabes qué hábitos deberías cambiar para conseguir llevar una vida más sana?

En un contexto de salud cuerpo-mente, es importante que te escuches a tí mism@. ¿Qué te pide tu yo interior? sí necesitas parar un tiempo algo que estás haciendo, ¡para!. Si tu yo interior te pide que hagas algo nuevo, ¡hazlo!. Pero deberías hacer en todo momento aquello que está completamente en consonancia con tus principios y con tu corazón. Tenemos un instinto que nos avisa de muchas situaciones y al que muchas veces no hacemos caso. ¡Así nos va!! Sometid@s a un estrés de vértigo y con dolor en todo el cuerpo, comiendo rápido y recurriendo a comida rápida, bebiendo poca agua, incluso hay personas que reconocen que no beben agua porqué no les gusta!! Aveces tampoco realizados el ejercicios correspondiente para ejercitar nuestro cuerpo cada día, y esto, es básico, indiscutible e indispensable, pues, ¡hemos nacido para movernos! Y si alguna parte de tu cuerpo no se mueve bien y te impide realizar una actividad de la vida diaria o te impide la práctica deportiva habitual, deberías buscar solución. Consulta con tu fisioterapeuta o con tu médico. Porque en muchos casos, se puede mejorar. Al moverte mejor, mejorarás tu concentración, tu procesamiento mental  y tu sensación de bienestar, mejorarán tu emociones, todo son ventajas!!

Tomate unos minutos y cierra los ojos e imagina que vas paseando por este sendero lleno de amapolas, ¿cómo llegarías a casa  o al trabajo? Pues posiblemente renovad@, con la pilas cargadas para dar tu mejor versión de tí mism@.

Si además de mejorar nuestros hábitos físicos de movimiento, mejoramos nuestra postura en el trabajo y en las actividades de la vida diaria, como son: comer, dormir, lavarse los dientes, lavarse la cara, peinarse, cocinar,…las actividades de la vida diaria son todo lo que haces durante el día para poder vivir. Si alguna de estas actividades está limitada, por favor consulta con un fisioterapeuta o un médico y, ¡busca solución!. Respecto a la postura en el trabajo o ergonomía postural, hay mucho que decir. Pero si todos cuidásemos más de nuestra postura cuando permanecemos en nuestro puesto de trabajo, habrían menos bajas laborales. Pero este tema da para otro artículo en el blog.

Pues bien, imagínate que además, consigues mejorar tu alimentación, aprendes a cocinar comida saludable y sabrosa, que además de ser una delicia, haca tu día a día más feliz. Imagínate creando en la cocina, combinando texturas, sabores, aromas, colores,…. ¡¡Cada día sería como una gran fiesta!! En mi opinión, comer bien es un gran placer y muy sencillo de aprender.  Así que desde aquí, estoy dispuesta a ayudarte a unir estos tres conceptos para que mejores tu experiencia diaria, y que vayas sintiéndote cada día mejor contigo mism@, y así poder dar el máximo de ti en todo aquello que hagas. 

 

Hoy en Instagram os he escrito la receta de mi desayuno de hoy. Es muy fácil de hacer y los ingredientes son fáciles de conseguir:

Ingredientes:

  • Yogourt natural
  • Copos de avena laminados
  • Leche de avena
  • Arándanos
  • Fresas
  • Nísperos
  • Moras
  • Nueces

Primero he puesto el yogourt en el bol, luego en otro bol he puesto la avena (aproximadamente medio bol de avena)  a remojo con un chorrito de leche de avena, cuando la avena se ha absorbido la leche de avena, lo he añadido al bol del yogourt. Luego por encima he puesto los arándanos y las moras lavadas.  He lavado las fresas  y las he troceado. Y he lavado y pelado los nísperos y luego los he troceado. Y finalmente he añadido por encima las nueces. Para los amantes de la comida dulce, faltaría algo como miel o estevia o… algo que endulce un poco. Yo lo he dejado así porque me gusta más sentir el sabor de la fruta.
